Let's Face It Customer Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

By participating in Let's Face It's Customer Referral Program ("Program"), you ("Referrer") and the person you refer ("Referred Party") agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

To participate in the Program, the Referrer must be a current customer of Let's Face It who has completed a project with us.

The Referred Party must be a new customer and must not have previously engaged Let's Face It for services.

Referrals must be made to individuals or businesses within the service areas of Montgomery County, Bucks County, Delaware County, and Chester County, Pennsylvania.

2. Referral Requirements:

Referrals must be for new contracts only. Referrals for existing customers or pending projects are not eligible.

The referred project must be for a full project remodel (full kitchen refacing with countertops). This offer is not valid for partial remodels, repairs, or any other services.

3. Offer Limitations:

The referral offer cannot be combined with any other offers or discounts.

The referral reward will only be applied to the referred customer’s contract after the completion of their project.

The referral reward is only applicable for projects signed and completed during the Program’s duration.

4. Expiration:

   This offer is valid for six months from the date of enrollment in the Program. After this period, referrals made will no longer be eligible for the reward.

5. Referral Process:

   To submit a referral, the Referrer must provide Let's Face It with the Referred Party’s full contact details, including name, phone number, and project information, through the designated referral submission process (e.g., referral form, email, etc.). The Referrer must also confirm that the Referred Party is aware of and agrees to be contacted by Let's Face It regarding the referral.

6. Reward Eligibility

   For the Referrer: A reward will be provided to the Referrer only after the Referred Party has signed a new contract with Let's Face It and their project has been completed.

   For the Referred Party: The Referred Party may also receive an incentive, such as a discount, gift card, or other offer, depending on the terms of the current referral promotion.

   The exact reward for both the Referrer and the Referred Party will be disclosed by Let's Face It at the time of referral.

7. Service Area Limitations:

   The referral offer is only valid for projects located within Let's Face It's service areas of Montgomery County, Bucks County, Delaware County, and Chester County, Pennsylvania. Referrals for projects outside of these areas will not qualify for the Program.

8. Right to Modify or Terminate:

   Let's Face It reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to participants via the contact information provided.

9. Miscellaneous:

   This Program is subject to all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations.

   Let's Face It is not responsible for any damages, losses, or taxes incurred as a result of participation in this Program.

   By participating, both the Referrer and the Referred Party agree to release and hold harmless Let's Face It, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising out of or in connection with the Program.
